An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 2:30 p.m.-4:15 p.m. with the center director/owner and assistant director. 38 children, ages 19 months through 5 years old, were under the care and supervision of six staff. Children were observed napping, playing with various toys and games such as blocks and dinosaurs, and eating afternoon snack. Afternoon snack served today was graham crackers and milk. Required information was posted. Both the fire and health inspections are current. The last emergency escape drill was 12/28/16. The last shelter-in-place drill was 10/11/16. There were no medications to review. The playground could not be inspected due to rain. Three complete children's records and one staff record were reviewed and in compliance.
