An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, January 17, 2017. The inspector observed 2 classrooms with 47 children directly supervised by 5 staff members. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. A sample of 4 children's records and medication records were reviewed. Staff files are reviewed off site on a separate inspection. The physical plant, medications, emergency supplies and procedures were also reviewed. The children were engaged in various activities, to include: Homework, transitioning to the music room to practice for a show, playing table toys, Wii and completing artwork. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the Director. If you have any questions regarding today's inspection, please contact Kara Wright at (703) 537-6241 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
