Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:20pm-2:30pm. There were 33 children (i3yrs-10yrs) directly supervised by 6 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, playing outside, and resting. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Description: Based on inspection Child Day Center cleaning supplies were not kept in a locked place. Evidence: During inspection a cabinet in the bathroom of the blue room of was unlocked with cleaning supplies inside.

Plan of Correction: During inspection, teacher locked the cabinet once informed by inspector.
