- Technical Assistance:
During inspection, Inspector discussed documenting follow-up with parents after incident reports.
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 4:35pm-5:25pm. There were 24 school aged children directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, staff emergency contact documentation, 4 children?s records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Per CDC staff, there was no medication on site. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, and completing homework. There was a sufficient supply of materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were also in compliance. The center was clean and organized.
