Technical Assistance:
Re-do playground safety map as it has faded and gotten hard to read due to time and water splashing on the map.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Sixteen preschool children were present with two staff which is within ratios for supervision. Observed an evacuation drill, playground time, transition into the center, hand washing, reading and activities on the letter "K". The room is well equipped with materials and equipment. No injury forms have been completed as of the day of the inspection according to the Center Director. Emergency supplies were up to date as well as emergency trainings (MAT, First Aid and CPR). No medication was on-site during the inspection. Please sign and date the report and return it to me within 5 calendar days from date of receipt.
