During inspection Inspector discussed: managing office phone to gain entry to building.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 10:45am-12:00pm. There were 13 children (2yrs.-3yrs.) directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play and playing outside. Toileting and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an abundant supply of materials for the children. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-510-C Description: Based on review of medication on site , all required documentation was not maintained. Evidence: During inspection medication on site did not have packaging with child's name and prescription label. Plan of Correction: Mother was informed.
