Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection, at which play groups, story time, group time, outdoor time, activities, art, pre-lunch activities, lunch time, post lunch activities, and pre-rest time activities were observed. Children were observed; and staff and children files and other documentation were reviewed. Eighty-one (81) children were found to be in care ages 11 months-5 years, with 16 staff, administrative staff, and kitchen staff. Please contact me if you need further assistance. Thank you for your cooperation. This inspection began at 9:30am and concluded at 12:15pm.
