A complaint inspection has been completed. Staff were interviewed, records reviewed and ratios checked in response to a complaint of supervision. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation and the complaint has been deemed not valid. During the course of the investigation, the Inspector did cite a violation separate from the complaint investigation and has presented the center with that violation. Description: Based on observation and record review, the center has not posted the most recent findings from the last inspection. Evidence: 1. The center has the Violation Notice framed but it is not the page listing the violations. The center has the signature page in view.
