Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection from 1:15 until 3:45 p.m. There were 13 children in care with 3 staff supervising at all times. Three children's records and two staff files were reviewed. Children were observed napping, getting ready for and having a snack. The violation from the last inspection had been corrected. Description: The center did not have all the required information in the children's files. Evidence: 1. The inspector reviewed three files. One of three files did not have immunizations records. The date of enrollment was 2/17/17.

Plan of Correction: The director will get the records from the parents.
