Violations:
Standard #: VENDSUB-000-012-B
Description: Based on staff interviews and record review, the program has not ensured that the complete Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff has been obtained. Evidence: 1. One staff was interviewed about the subsidy program and showed the Inspector the Vendor agreement that expires in November, 2017. The Inspector then asked about the 10 hours of PreService training and the staff member answered that he was unaware of that requirement. 2. No one in the facility has taken the online training.

Plan of Correction: We will contact the administrator for the training and sign up. It will take a month to have all staff completed.
