Comments:
An unannounced subsidy visit was conducted today from 2:20 pm-3:30 pm. There were 65 school-age children directly supervised by 6 staff. The physical plant, 6 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and emergency preparation plans were current. Children were observed arriving and transitioning from the school day into extended day, attendance, participating in group play, preparing for outside play, and hand washing before snack (goldfish crackers, graham crackers, and apple juice). There were age appropriate materials for the children. The center was clean and organized.
