Comments:
An unannounced Health and Safety inspection was conducted today from approximately 3:40pm-5:20pm. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, playing outside, and eating snack. Allergy procedures and posting, attendance maintenance were also reviewed and observed. There was an abundant supply of materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-031-B-1
Description: Based on review of emergency/ evacuation procedures all required information was not maintained. Evidence: During inspection a plan to reunite children with parents was not documented.

Plan of Correction: I will work with health and safety coordinator to complete.
