Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance was given regarding clear posting with all required documentation when field trips occur.

Comments:
An unannounced inspection was conducted in the center today. At the time of entrance there were 2 staff present with 8 preschool age children. The sample size consisted of 2 children's records and 2 staff record. Children were observed painting mother day tea hats, playing with puppets and building with blocks. No medications are being administered. The playground was not inspected due to inclement weather. The inspection began at approximately 9:45 a.m. and ended at 11:00 a.m.. There were no violations cited during this inspection. Please contact the Licensing Inspector at (757) 404-0568 with any questions.
