Comments:
An unannounced health and safety inspection was conducted from 10:00am - 1:30pm. There were 83 children in care being supervised by 14 staff members. The children were observed participating in outdoor play, circle time activities, and structured center play. Lunch served today is fish sticks, pineapple, and mashed potatoes. Staff records were reviewed to ensure that all staff have completed the Virginia Pre-Service Training in addition to completion in CPR and First Aid. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The Emergency Preparedness Plan was reviewed and in compliance. Four medication's were reviewed and in compliance.
