An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 26, 2017. The director and administrator were present. There were 10 preschool children in care with 1 staff, with the children playing and coloring an activity sheet. In the infant/toddler room there were 7 children, ages 2 years, and 1 infant. The children were looking at books and singing songs. The infant was being held. There were 8 children in the two-three year old group. The children were playing with Ring Pop manipulatives. Later all of the children ate lunch. The menu for the day was bologna sandwich, cooked carrots, applesauce, and milk. There were no school age children present. Evacuation and shelter drills had been conducted and were documented. Medication was not being administered. Inspection began: 10:25 Inspection ended:
