Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 26, 2017. The director and administrator were present. There were 10 preschool children in care with 1 staff, 7 two year old children and 1 infant with 2 staff, and 8 children ages two-three years old with 2 staff. Later all of the children ate lunch. There were no school age children present. Evacuation, shelter drills and a lock down drill had been conducted and were documented. Medication was not being administered.
