An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with center director and center staff. There were 26 school age children present with three staff supervising. The children were having afternoon snack, playing in centers, and preparing to go outside to enjoy the playground. Snack served today: ham and cheese sandwiches, sliced apples, and water. The last health inspection was conducted 10/19/2016. The last fire inspection was conducted 10/13/2016. Six emergency medications for five children were reviewed and are in compliance. Five children's files were reviewed and are in compliance. There are no new staff files for review.
