An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with center director and staff. There were nine school age children present with two staff supervising. The children were playing games outside and came in to play in centers including play dough. There are no children on medication at this time. Three children's files were reviewed and are in compliance. Two staff files were reviewed and are in compliance. The last health inspection was conducted 3/30/2017. The last fire inspection was conducted 1/10/2017. Snack served today: turkey and cheese sandwich, fruit, and water. Reminder to do and document two shelter in place drills each year.
