Discussed review of Emergency Preparedness plan and Camp Handbook.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 2;30 and ending at 5:00 . There were 60 children present with 6 staff. Children were observed at arrival from school, having after school snack of hamburgers, rolls, spinach,cantelope and milk Children were participating in self chosen activities and group gym time. Reviewed accident reports, emergency escape drills, shelter in place drills, 6 staff files and 8 children's files. Description: Based on a review of 8 children's files, it was determined that not all records were complete. Evidence: The file for child #1 has only one of two required emergency contacts.

Plan of Correction: The Day Care Director will contact the parent for a second emergency contact
