Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:00 am-11:00. At the time of entrance, 128 children were in care with 30 staff members present. Children were observed during snack time, arriving to the school, engaged in circle time, learning about money, music and movement. A selection of staff and children records, and other documents were reviewed. The director said there was no medication on site this date. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. Please contact your licensing inspector if you have any questions.

Plan of Correction: I will have the staff update their TB screening.
