Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 2:15 to 4:30pm. Ratios for all ten groups were found in compliance. The children were engaged in activities including table games, play dough, puzzles, building with legos, drawing and playing outside. Positive adult/child interaction was observed. Medication procedures were reviewed and staff with current MAT, first aid and CPR training were on site. One staff person is new since the last inspection. Her record was reviewed and found in order. Description: Based on observation, it was found that a prescription medication for one child was not in the original labeled container dispensed from the pharmacy.

Plan of Correction: Parent was contacted on 5/16/17 to bring medication with prescription labeled container. Mom brought in on 5/17/17.
