Comments:
An unannounced non mandated inspection subsidy inspection was conducted today between 2:45pm and 3:40pm. The physical space, vendor and caregiver training certificates, emergency drills, emergency reunification procedures, children's records and attendance records were reviewed. No children with documented food allergies are currently enrolled in the program. Required documents were posted. Food service and hazardous substances were discussed. Areas of non-compliance are in the Violation Notice.

Description: Based on record review, one staff did not have documentation of a current CPR training. Evidence: Staff 1 could not locate documentation of current CPR training.

Plan of Correction: The staff will find the documentation.
