During the inspection there were 15 children present with three staff members. The children and staff were engaged in a variety of activities during the inspection. Children were observed watching books being read on video, taking bathroom and water breaks, playing outside with hula hoops, balls and jump ropes and eating lunch. Lunch consisted of hot dogs on buns, beans, apples and milk. Later children transitioned into naptime. All areas of the facility including classroom, hallways, bathroom, cafeteria and playgrounds were inspected. The facility was equipped with toys and supplies and items were available to the children. The following information was reviewed: daily attendance, practiced emergency drill logs, emergency supplies, parent agreements, staff training information and liability insurance. Required information was posted. Staff stated medication is not present at the facility. Last documented health inspection: 04/19/17 Last documented fire inspection: 02/08/17 During the inspection, three children's records and three staff records were reviewed. The risk profile tool will be used for the licensing recommendation by the licensing department. The renewal application was received prior to the expiration of the current license. Plan of Correction: We will reach out to the family and obtain the information.
