- Technical Assistance:
Discussed the need for an annual lock down drill.
An unannounced SUBSIDY inspection was conducted this date. 25 children present with 2 staff present. Children were observed arriving after school, taking attendance and transitioning to small group activities that included tabletop games, electronic games and reading independently. Pre Service training verified. Two staff present, CPR/First Aid certifications verified. A review of the center's emergency evacuation policy conducted which include re-unification and lock down procedures. Thank you for your cooperation today. Two subsidy violations found today regarding records.

Evidence: The written daily attendance does not include arrival and departure times for each child. Plan of Correction: Will revise attendance form to include arrival and departure.

Evidence: The electronic form for parent contact information does not include the address of the parent's place of employment. Plan of Correction: Will update electronic form to include the work addresses.
