92 children were in care during the inspection. Children were observed during free play, story time. Six children's files and six children's were reviewed. Inspection time 3:00pm-4:50pm

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-70-A
Description: Based on review of six staff files not all were complete. Evidence: The reference checks for staff A were not dated by person checking the references.

Plan of Correction: We will date all references on the date. completed

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-510-J
Description: Based on observation not all medications were kept in a locked place. Evidence: One medication in the Owl room was stored in a back pack hung on the wall.

Plan of Correction: We will remind the staff to keep all medications locked.
