An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, from approximately 9:50am until 1:30pm. The following classroom child to staff ratios were observed:
Seven infants with two staff. The staff were feeding infants, having floor play with infants, changing infants and providing tummy time.
Six toddlers with two staff. The children were dressing after having pool time.
Fourteen two year old children with two staff. The children were preparing for pool time and having outdoor play time.
Sixteen three year old children with two staff. The children were building with legos, completing Father's Day gifts, and coloring ties.
Twenty-two Pre-K children with two staff. The children were building with legos and connectors and completing Father's Day gifts.
Twenty-two school age children with two staff. The children had just returned from playing putt-putt. They were observed playing with the new Atari system, creating caterpillars and butterflies, playing cards and Bop-it.
Lunch: Rotini noodles with pepperoni, salad, oranges and/or pineapple and milk
The last practice evacuation drill was conducted 5/26/17. A pool inspection was completed 6/1/17.
Three staff records, five children's records and four children's medications were inspected.
