Comments:
An unannounced SHSI inspection was conducted on June 19th 2017 between 12:15pm and 2:15pm. There were 21 children in the care of 3 staff members. Operational responsibilities, recordkeeping, children's information, reports, training, handwashing, and emergency drills were observed and inspected. Description: Based on interview with the director, 2 staff members have yet to complete the Virginia Preservice Training.
