Comments:
Licensing Inspector arrived at 9:15am and departed at 12:00pm to conduct a Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection. At the time of the tour there were 73 children in care with 25 staff present. A sample of 7 staff and 7 children's records were reviewed. There was 1 medication on site. Children were observed playing in centers, during clean-up, and during toileting.

Description: Based on a record review the vendor failed to ensure all required components were included in the emergency preparedness plan. Evidence: The vendor did not have reunification plans in the event of an intruder, shelter-in-place or evacuation.
