Comments:
Licensing Inspectors arrived at 10:45 AM and departed at 2:00 PM. At the time of the inspection, there were 75 children (ages infant through school-age) in care with 12 staff. Children were observed participating in outdoor play, doing table activities and napping. Center documents and medication were also observed. The sample size was six staff and seven children's records. A violation was noted in the area of administration.

Description: Based on review of documents, it was determined that the vendor did not ensure that each child with a diagnosed food allergy has a written allergy plan rfom a physician regarding the food to which the child is allergic to and steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction. Evidence: Child #6 has a diagnosed food allergy to milk protein. There was no allergy plan from a physician available.

Plan of Correction: Center management will work with the parent to obtain allergy plan.
