The licensing inspector initiated and completed an unannounced complaint inspection in the center on July 25, 2017, in response to a complaint received regarding physical plant. Interviews with staff members were conducted and center documentation was reviewed. Based on observations, center documentation and interviews conducted during the inspection, a preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation regarding physical plant, therefore the complaint is determined to be not valid.
