Evidence: The Kitchen Classroom upstairs has peeling yellow paint on two walls and debris scattered on the floor. The room has only been used for an organization that rents space. The Art Room on the lower level has paint on the cabinets and marks on walls and paper that is torn on tables. In addition there is a sharp papercutter accessible to campers.
