This unannounced Subsidy inspection was conducted in conjunction with the State Licensing unannounced monitoring inspection. CPR/First Aid certifications verified. Lock down procedures and re-unification was included in the emergency plan. Attendance records and allergy plans were maintained. Thank you for your cooperation today. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-012-C Description: Based on record review and staff interviews, Pre-Service training has not been completed. Evidence: No staff with the exception of the Vendor has completed the required 10 hour Virginia Pre-Service Training. Plan of Correction: All staff will complete this training and will begin immediately.
