Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 7:00 am - 8:30 am. There were 21 children in care being supervised by two staff members. The children were observed participating in cooperative games and morning snack. Snack served today was whole grain cereal with milk. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. All staff on site are CPR and First Aid Certified. One medication was observed and in compliance. One staff member is current in MAT (Medication Administration Training). The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 8/25/2017. The most recent Lockdown drill was conducted 8/23/17 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted 01/08/2016.
