A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/01/2017 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 9:30am and ended at 1:00pm. There were three staff with 15 children in one classroom at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed playing in small groups in the Preschool classroom. The Kindergartners were observed coming in off the school bus. Children's files and emergency preparedness procedures were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Thank you for your cooperation today. Please email with questions at: firstname.lastname@example.org
