Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:30 am-2:00pm. At the time of entrance, 108 children were in care with 28 staff members present. Children were observed participating in fitness activities, circle time, during snack time, playing with table toys, art projects, playing with puzzles, singing, and listening to music. Licensing inspector observed diapering and hand washing procedures. A selection of staff and children records, medications and other documents were reviewed. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. Please contact me if you have any questions at Stacy.Doyle@dss.virginia.gov 571-835-0386.
