Technical Assistance:
The licensing representative discussed that the supervisor will have all children's records updated by the end of the week. Please provide original Medication Administration Training (MAT) certificates. Have parent specify use of insect repellent.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 7:30 am-9:30. At the time of entrance, 33 children were in care with 4 staff members present. Children were observed arriving to the before school program. They were engaged in group activities such as beading, board games, and games in the gym. A selection of children records, medications and other documents were reviewed. There were no violations cited this date.
