An unannounced annual Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted from 12:35 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. At the time of entrance, the following adult to child ratios were observed: 7 children. ages 2 to 4 years old with 1 staff 10 infants, ages 7 months to 12 months old, with 3 staff The records sample size consisted of 5 children?s records and 5 staff records. Children were observed settling onto mats for nap time and having an afternoon snack of apple juice and cookies. Infants were observed being held and rocked, drinking juice from cups and sitting in infant seats listening to soothing music, crawling, toddling and playing with toys. Diapering, hand washing, food service, table sanitizing and restroom procedures were also observed today. The vendor states that no medication is being administered to children in care at this time and that no children are currently transported in a vehicle. while in care. There have been no accidents or injuries requiring first aid or medical treatment incurred by children in care since the last inspection. The program director states that there are no children currently enrolled who have diagnosed food allergies. Thank you for your time during today's inspection.
