VENDSUB-000 STAFF QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 09/11/2017 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection: the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. Today's visit was a routine monitoring inspection. The inspection began at 9:45am and concluded at 2:25pm. There were sixteen children in care and five direct care staff. Additional support staff were also present. during the inspection activities were observed in the multipurpose room downstairs, lunch was observed, five out of thirteen staff records were reviewed, five out of sixty-seven children's records were reviewed, nap time was observed, emergency supplies were viewed, a sample of medications were viewed along with authorizations, and some policies and procedures were reviewed.
