Standard #: VENDSUB-000-012-E-1 Description: Based on record review, one staff member was not current in CPR. Evidence: 1. Staff A did not have documentation of CPR training. Plan of Correction: The staff member is leaving at the end of the month and was a temporary worker. If the staff member returns in the spring, I will ask the staff member to get the training.
