Comments:
An annual subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 6:45 a.m.-8:30 a.m. with the site director and area manager. Four medications, two staff records, and six children's records were reviewed. Based on observation and documentation review, SHSI requirements were met, and no violations were issued. A licensing monitoring inspection was also conducted (see separate report dtd 9/12/17).
