The following inspection took place between the hours of 2 pm through 4:30 pm. Today, I met with the Staff of the County After-School Activities (CASA) program held on site at Sycolin Creek Elementary school located near the town of Leesburg, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced renewal inspection there were a total of 58 children with 4 staff; good ratio for this one group. A total of 7 children?s files were reviewed. Staff files were reviewed on an early date through the PRCS main office located in Ashburn. The children were engaged in the following: games, bathroom break, hand washing, snack (cheerios with milk), large motor skills on playground, and other organized activities. If you should have any future questions, please call. Thank you. Charlie Perkins, Licensing Inspector (703) 309-3963 Maria Soto, Licensing Inspector (571) 835-5058
