Discussed with the Area Manager: Use of a binder for Allergy action Plan, CPR and First Aid, Virginia Pre Service.
An Unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted in conjunction with a Licensing Inspection beginning at 4:00 and ending at 6:30. There were 50 children present with 4 staff . Children were ages 5 - 11. Children were observed in age appropriate activities. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-012-B Description: Based on a review of the staff files , it was determined that there was no documentation of Virginia Pre Service Training for 4 staff. Evidence: There is no documentation available on the day of the inspection for Staff 1, 2,3 and 4 Plan of Correction: The documentation will be placed in the files and the files will be on site.
Standard #: VENDSUB-000-031-A Description: Based on a review of the Emergency Preparedness plan it was determined that the Plan was not complete. Evidence: The Emergency Preparedness Plan does not address Reunification of children with parents for any of the scenarios. Plan of Correction: The Reunification Plan will be placed in the Emergency Preparedness Binder.
