Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. A violation was found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Please send questions regarding this new requirement to childlicense@dss.virginia.gov

Description: Based on record review, the center did not ensure all staff had a current certification in first aid. Evidence: Staff A is missing documentation for first aid.

Plan of Correction: Everyone is current for first aid. We will make sure to get the documentation
