Technical Assistance:
Staffing records are reviewed at the main SACC office twice yearly.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 22nd 2017 between 11:00am and 12:40pm. There were 21 children in the direct care of 2 staff members. Children were observed washing hands, participating in a cooking project, playing outside, and eating lunch. The center offers plenty of supplies for the children to utilize. Description: Based on record review, 1 of 5 records reviewed did not contain all of the required information. Evidence: Child #3 record does not have 2 complete emergency contacts that include complete addresses and telephone numbers.
