Technical Assistance:
An unused toddler slide was observed over a non resilient surface. The center has stated that this equipment is not used and it's removal was recommended by the inspector. Topical Ointment forms should clearly specify the specific name of the product to be applied and not very generic descriptors such as "Sunscreen".

Comments:

The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications present during the inspection. The toilet adjacent to classroom D was observed to have the base of the stop valve covered in rust, and the supply tube thickly covered with dust and grime.
