Comments:
A SHSI inspection was conducted with the owner, There were 23 children in care during the inspection. The age range of the children was three months to five years old. Children were observed during free play, Lunch time and rest time. Six staff files and children's files were reviewed. Inspection time11:15pm 1:50pm

Description: Based on review of the emergency procedures the center did not include reuniting the parents with children, Evidence: The emergency plan does not address the reuniting parents with children in the event of evacuation.
