Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 39 children with 4 staff were present at the beginning of the inspection. The children were in three different groups, one in the cafeteria, one in the library and one in the lounge. The groups rotated for the different activities that were available to them. 8 child files were reviewed on site. Two medications were on site, authorizations were complete for both. MAT/First Aid and CPR/ Daily Health and emergency contacts were maintained on site. A review of the emergency drills was conducted. Positive interaction was observed between staff and children. Parent pick up was observed, one emergency contact was verified in order to pick up the child. Attendance sheet reviewed and reflected the current number of children in care. Thank you for your cooperation today. This inspection began at 4:30pm and ended at 6pm.
