Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on October 16, 2017 from 12:05 PM to 1:15 PM and on October 18, 2017 from 2:19 PM to 6:05 PM to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. On October 18, 2017, there were forty children with four to five staff. Sixteen children were supervised before school by two staff. I viewed compliance with operational responsibilities, children's information, five records for children, eight staff records, staff training, emergency response plans, hand washing, behavior guidance, hazardous substances, and food service. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection. Let me know if you have any questions. 540/430-9259
