13 children were in care during the inspection. The age range of the children was five years to eight years old. Children were observed during home work time and centers. Inspection time 4:05- 5: 45pm.

Standard #: VENDSUB-000-031-A Description: Based on interviews with staff the center did not have a complete emergency preparedness plan. Evidence: The emergency plan did not include the reuniting children with parents during a evacuation. Plan of Correction: I will speak with the area manger about the emergency plan.
