A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/20/2017 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 2:10pm and ended at 4:15pm. There were 3 staff with 39 children in 1 classroom at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed arriving from school, greeting the staff and playing outside. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Thank you for your cooperation today. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-006-B-11 Description: Based on observation, the program did not obtain an allergy action plan for a child with a food allergy. Evidence: Child #1 has a diagnosed food allergy and medication on site. There is no allergy action plan for this child. Plan of Correction: We will continue to ask this parent for this form.
